Transparency matters. Here's exactly how we make money and how it does (and doesn't) affect what we recommend.

How we earn revenue

The Closing AI is an independently operated review site. We earn money through affiliate commissions — when you click a link on our site and sign up for a product, we may receive a referral fee from that company. This comes at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is the same whether you use our link or go directly to the vendor's website.

How we choose what to recommend

Our recommendations are based on hands-on testing, not on commission rates. We test every tool with real real estate workflows — setting up listing pipelines, importing leads, running follow-up sequences — before writing a single word about it.

We have affiliate relationships with some of the products we review, but not all of them. When a product we recommend happens to have an affiliate program, we use our affiliate link. When it doesn't, we still recommend it if it's the best tool for the job. Our editorial decisions are never influenced by whether a company offers an affiliate program or what commission rate they pay.

What this means in practice

  • We will never recommend a product just because it pays a higher commission.
  • We will always disclose when a link is an affiliate link. Look for the sponsored tag or the "affiliate link" label near CTAs.
  • If we test a product and it's not good, we won't recommend it — even if the company offers us a generous affiliate deal.
  • Our reviews include both pros and cons. We call out real limitations because that's actually useful to you.
